Small Business success

Janet Vasilieff is a business woman, consultant, and advisor to small business. With a degree in Business Administraton/Marketing, Janet has over 20 years of marketing management, project management, channel management, and sales experience.  She served for 13 years as Marketing Manager of Third Party International, Inc., developing and managing marketing campaigns for clients in a range of industries from CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to financial services and advertising.

In 2005 Janet took a two-year sabbatical. During this time she travelled with her husband around the world, visiting 17 countries, living out of a backpack so as to experience these other cultures up close.

Since returning she has held a wide range of positions in her capacity as partner at Vasilieff Consulting, including:

  • Director of Marketing for a six division organization, branding it as a top resource for technical CAD software and services.
  • Co-developer and manager of a national campaign for the introduction and marketing for an online corporate tax software application.
  • Energy Services Business Consultant managing Channel Partners  for a firm providing an SAS solution for large HVAC and Mechanical Contractors to evaluate the energy efficiency of commercial buildings and implement plans to improve their performance.  In this capacity she provided top executives with strategic planning consultations to effectively integration these offerings into their organization, coached their sales management teams on implementation of the plans, and provided sales training to the sales teams.
  • Business consultant to Third Party International, Inc.

Janet Vasilieff is partner in Vasilieff Consulting providing marketing and business development consulting services and workshops. As an international consultant and executive coach, she focuses on helping small and mid-size companies analyze markets and business activities, develop strategic business development and marketing plans, and manage the implementation of those plans.
